We seek companies with fully developed solutions that solve real problems and are already in use by customers, which dramatically reduces the technology risk and minimizes investment in research and development. We target our funds at ramping up sales and marketing to accelerate revenue growth by taking the product or service to market, resulting in greater value creation that comes from fast growing revenue. We are also looking for capital efficiency in our investments, where an exit can be reached within five years of our initial involvement with at most $10 million in total financing. Accordingly, we also scale our expectations of absolute return, and gravitate towards startups that can provide venture returns without requiring large exit valuations.

We believethat our microcap approach to venture investing is truly an advantage, especially in this economic climate. Today there is a tendency towards smaller funds that are able to deploy smaller amounts of capital to companies that operate with high capital efficiency.
