Experienced Leadership The Managing Partners are seasoned business executives with a combined 45 years of experience in Western Pennsylvania business, financial and entrepreneurial communities. The Principals have significant experience in investing in and growing seed and early-stage companies, having served as executives of, or directors for, 16 companies over the last 22 years. Their ongoing involvement and commitment in the community have created deep relationships that translate into exposure to the most promising technology entrepreneurs and investment opportunities. Rounding out PEP's leadership is a strong Advisory Board consisting of community leaders deeply experienced in raising and operating venture funds, corporate finance, market strategy and startup operations.
